Job Description Summary

The Associate Director holds a key leadership role in the office of undergraduate admissions for the planning and execution of recruitment goals. Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions and collaborating regularly with the Senior Associate Director of Admissions Operations and the Associate Director of Admissions Communications, this position’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Planning and executing recruitment travel and strategies.

Training, coaching, and evaluating the admissions counselor staff (including transfer operations.)

Planning and executing the Essex County travel recruitment territory and application file review.

Serve as an integral member of the application review committee, assuming the prompt review and recommendations for committee files.
