Job Description Summary

The position of Institutional Advancement Coordinator in the Institutional Advancement Division of Wentworth Institute of Technology, serves the primary function of performing gift processing and data entry tasks. This includes gift preparation, gift entry, receipting letters, gift batch reporting, gift data review and follow-up. The position assists with the preparation of the Matching Gift Program and inquiries regarding gifts, pledges or related material in the database.
This position also works to maintain the database records for biographical accuracy and database integrity. Hire, train and supervise student workers as well as the p.t. gifts and records assistant. Donor records may need research for the latest information and the IA Coordinator will be responsible to learn these tools and use them thoughtfully.

Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree

Minimum Knowledge Required Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.

Advertised Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Experience in gift processing and data entry. An understanding of database function is required. MS Office Suite required.
