Job Description Summary

Assist the students and Department Heads of the Mechanical Engineering and Technology and Engineering – Disciplinary on wide range of issues including signing off on academic forms such as drop/add forms, change of major forms, course substitutions and advance standing credit. Assist the students with all academic issues and give assistance to the advisors and program coordinators/chair/director as needed. Assist with graduation reviews and transfer students. General office duties include processing mail, book orders, forms and data entry. Assist with department functions as needed such as IPAC meeting.

Work study students – responsibility for the time sheets for all work study students in the department and supervision of the ones that work directly for me.

Responsible for collecting various departmental forms/items as directed by the department head: faculty annual reports, teaching preferences each semester, syllabi and revised schedules each semester, bonus documentation, course manuals, final exam issues/requests, and various other tasks.
