Job Description Summary

Provide academic advising to currently enrolled students in degree, and non-credit professional and graduate certificate programs. The advising includes insuring that students remain on track within their programs, in terms of course selections; and coaching them in meeting their general education requirements. Serve as liaision/advocate for those students in their dealings with other student support organizations within Wentworth. Assist in the scheduling and cademic planning of courses and programs offered through CPCE.

Fiscal Responsibility: Describe the type and scope of fiscal responsibility.

Track the enrollments and resulting revenues for our certificate programs, and evaluate their performance relative to the CPCE operating budget.

Track students in terms of academic progress. Track enrollment data and satisfy the reporting requirements relating to current students.

Manage CPCE students through the registration and paymetn process. Advise students on how best to meet the program and graduation requirements for degree, ancd professional and graduate certificate programs. Be the point person for the preparation and processing of add/drop and overrides.
