Job Description Summary

The temporary reader/reviewer will assist the admissions staff to read and evaluate admissions folders for undergraduate programs. This position is temporary beginning January 3, 2012 and ending March 30, 2012. Two days of training will be accomplished during the week of December 17. The responsibilities include reviewing all application materials, scoring the applicant according to the established admission rating sheet and rendering an admissions decision based on established criteria. All potential denied applicants will be sent through the established committee review process. This position also required entering data into the Banner Information System. This position will review applications in the Admissions Office between 8:15 and 4:45 with one hour lunch break.
