Job Description Summary

This position will be the main contact between SFS and CPCE. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing all CPCE student accounts and all graduate student accounts; establishing regular meetings with CPCE staff to streamline communication; reviewing/updating SFS related information on all CPCE brochures/publications, and monitoring the auto web registration and cancellation jobs for Workforce Training/CEU activities. This person will demonstrate a good sense of business practice in order to update the SSC website and produce relevant information for students and families. He/she will also coordinate with the CPCE staff and the representatives from each functional area in the SSC, and will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the SSC website.

Main contact between SFS and CPCE- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing all CPCE student accounts and producing communication plans with CPCE students. Account review, perform outreach and class cancellation (if necessary) will be a daily task because of the cohort schedules and Workforce Training/CEU registration. Monitoring the auto web registration and cancellation jobs for Workforce Training/CEU daily registration reports, and working with the Director of SFS and DTS when issues arise. Establishing a standing meeting schedule with CPCE staff to streamline the communication between SFS/SSC and CPCE. Will be responsible for reviewing/updating billing and finance related information on CPCE brochures and publications. This person will also participate in CPCE information session(s) when needed, which may require he/she to be present after the regular 6pm SSC closing hours.

Essential Function

3rd party billing Be the point person for all sponsors and students. Responsibilities include coordinating payment arrangements, determining eligibility for book slips and/or parking vouchers, reconciling book/supply expenses, processing invoices and conducting outreach on outstanding invoices and payments. This position is also responsible for processing VA payments for students who participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program and for maintaining sponsored payment files.

Essential Function

Banner Power User and the Web Content Manager for the SSC website Assume the role of a Banner Power User. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating new reports to further improve SFS business practices, assisting the Director of SFS and the Sr. Assistant Director of SFS during billing seasons and assisting in future project implementations. Coordinate and collect information from the CPCE staff and the representatives from each functional area in the SSC. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the SSC website, including, uploading/updating relevant video clips to the SSC homepage (depending on the time of the year) and ensuring the dates and important events posted are timely and accurate.

Implement and maintain E-Refund process Lead the team to implement the E-Refund process. Will also maintain and monitor the process on a weekly basis to make sure it runs accurately and smoothly. Be the contact between WIT and the eRefund vendor to troubleshoot issues, if any, and implement upgrades or patches to the system as required.

Manage all student accounts for Graduate Programs (MSCM, MSFM and MArch) Manage all graduate student accounts and be the point contact between SFS, CPCE, Financial Aid, Registrar and the Architecture Department. Responsibilities include coordinating payment arrangements with students, developing and streamlining communication plans between SFS, CPCE and academic departments, obtaining and sharing important information between departments. This position may be in charge of payment arrangements and all work related to study abroad programs
